BOOKING & DEPOSITS • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Your deposit does go toward your service total. • Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable if proper notice is given (see cancellation policy). ⸻ LATE POLICY ⏰ • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your service. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. • Rebooking will require a new deposit. • If I am more than 10 minutes late, $15 will be credited toward your service. ⸻ IMPORTANT INFORMATION 💖 • I do not work over other technicians’ work. Please arrive with bare nails or book a soak-off. • Please read each service description carefully. – Base sets do not include designs, French tips, etc. – These must be booked as add-ons. • Services are listed under “Services”; extras are under “Add-Ons.” • If you’re unsure what to book, don’t see what you want, or have inspiration photos, reach out before booking. • If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle unless instructed otherwise. • No extra guests or children, unless they are being serviced. • If you are feeling sick, please reschedule. ⸻ ✨ Before & after-hours appointments are available by request for an additional $50 fee.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
- Please be sure to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment in order to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
- If your appointment is cancelled a second time a new deposit will have to be paid to schedule an appointment.
- NO CALL NO SHOWS will be BANNED from booking or will have to pay service in FULL to book again.
- If your appointment is cancelled by me, you will be rescheduled or receive your deposit back & $5 off next service.
